 Sncube - Photo & Video — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Sncube - Photo & Video ("the App"), made by Lindu Gowda ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, videos and audio you edit with the App. We do not receive, see or store your content. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to edit and share any content you use, and that your use does not break any law or anyone else's rights (such as copyright or privacy).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for anything unlawful, harmful or infringing;

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the App, except where the law allows it;

• try to get around any technical limits of the App.

4. Your device and backups

The App works on files stored on your device. Edits create new files and do not change your originals unless you choose to delete them. Please keep your own backups; we are not responsible for lost files, for example after deleting the App or its Vault.

5. Price and changes

The App is currently free. We may add, change or remove features at any time. If paid features are added later, their price and terms will be shown clearly before you buy.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any).

8. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Termination

These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You can end them at any time by deleting the App. Your rights end automatically if you break these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of india, unless the law of your country of residence says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Using the App after that means you accept the updated Terms.
